The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, despite the language barrier. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and even ordered us pizza when we couldn't find any nearby fast food options. the rooms were clean and the shower was nice, which was a pleasant surprise.
The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was in the middle of an industrial estate and there was nothing to do in the neighborhood. It was also quite far from downtown São Paulo, making it inconvenient for exploring the city.
